Santa Maria Oliveto · Molise
A family grove of about 1,500 trees, some of them half a millennium old. You adopt a specific tree. You receive its oil.
Our story
The grove is in Santa Maria Oliveto, a village in Pozzilli, in the province of Isernia, Molise. About 1,500 olive trees grow on the slope. Some are around 500 years old. The same family has tended them for generations.
The olives are picked by hand and cold-pressed into extra virgin olive oil. Nothing is brought in from another farm to fill a bottle.

You are not buying a generic oil. You adopt a specific tree, you name it, and the harvest that follows is from this grove.
This season, adoptions are open for the first 500 trees. Each one keeps its place on the hill. You will have its photograph, and you will know where it stands.
How it works
One tree, a pair, or the estate share. The name you give it is the name on the certificate.
You finish on Stripe’s page. Stripe emails the receipt at once. If this is a gift, their name is on the adoption. The oil follows.
Pruning, flowering, harvest, pressing. You see the work on your tree as the season turns.
After the harvest it is bottled and shipped, with your name on the label.
